A 27 year old Washougal woman was booked into the Skamania County Corrections Facility early Wednesday morning, 6 August 2014, for an incident off Pine Drop Drive, Washougal, WA in western Skamania County. Deputies requested the charges of Assault in 2nd Degree, Malicious Mischief in 3rd Degree Domestic Violence, Aiming or Discharging a Firearm, Obstructing a Law Enforcement Officer, and Resisting Arrest on SUSAN MILLER after she had reportedly pointed a shotgun at her fiancé, Ace Hackney, and threatened to shoot and kill him.

Miller barricaded herself in her bedroom with weapons, after the fiancé left the residence and called the Skamania County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies gained access to the residence and were able to breach the locked bedroom door and successfully arrest Miller without incident after an approximately 2 hour standoff.

This case is pending further investigation.
