With more than 55% of 9-1-1 calls originating from cell phones, children need clear safety information about this technology and others when dialing 9-1-1.
The animated video features Cell Phone Sally and a cast of friends as they help children ages 5 to 8 better understand how to use new phone technologies to call 9-1-1 in the event of an emergency.
